๐Ÿšง Roadmap Execution & Product Delivery

TL;DR: We translated strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, summarising features, creating Jira documentation and coordinating releases across teams. This ensured consistent delivery, better transparency and clear alignment between leadership and what teams shipped.
Client: Mastercard Open Banking Europe (formerly Aiia)

At Mastercard, I was responsible for translating strategic priorities into actionable product development work. As part of ongoing roadmap planning sessions, I worked with stakeholders to define and prioritise features, then owned the process of breaking these down into detailed, transparent documentation.

I wrote feature briefs, summarised requirements, documented decisions, and captured open questions โ€” ensuring that both technical and non-technical stakeholders had clarity at every stage. This work became the foundation for Jira tickets and epics, helping align engineering, design, and leadership teams around upcoming releases.

Beyond documentation, I coordinated day-to-day delivery, guiding features from planning to release. Whether managing backlog items, unblocking dependencies, or handling team-level communications, I ensured that roadmap priorities moved forward โ€” from idea to implementation.
