TL;DR: I designed and facilitated quarterly leadership workshops using an agile prioritisation matrix. Together, we mapped future projects, broke epics into features and translated them into design sprint tickets – creating a clear path from vision to execution.
Client: Platypus
At Platypus, I facilitated quarterly planning workshops with leadership to align on upcoming priorities and features. These sessions created space for collaborative decision-making: I prepared and structured the discussions, mapping potential initiatives on an agile prioritisation matrix to help leadership evaluate both effort and impact.
Working together, we broke larger initiatives into actionable epics and features — which I later translated into stories and tickets for our design sprint board. This approach helped the team move from high-level vision to concrete, prioritised workstreams, creating transparency between leadership’s goals and the product team’s day-to-day focus.
By supporting leadership in shaping the roadmap — and enabling my team to execute it effectively — I helped drive more structured, strategic product development in an early-stage, fast-growing environment.
